Yup, I have this same problem! I just printed off 20 photos of silly pictures of my girls and left them in a cupboard. My youngest found them and because she thought it wasn't allowed has been giggling over them for days. Literally, days! I just keep putting them back in the pots and pans cupboard and she keeps being delighted at 'finding' them. Of course, this in no way teaches her she is not allowed in cupboards so my advice is shoddy at best ;)
i feel your pain. the child locks we have keep breaking. hrmph! i like moodychick's suggestion though! what a fun discovery for little minds eager to explore. love it!

We live in a rental now. The ones that work are probably too destructive for rented cabinets. argh.
